While at the Abyssinian dinner a few people asked about my necklace. The woman who made it has a grandchild adopted from Et. I love my necklace and haven't taken it off since I got it. Here is the link to her online store: junkposse

Ten Months tomorrow
So Friday, 7-10-09, will mark our 10 month wait. I don't know why I thought the waiting would be easy. Quite a few referrals came in today so I am sure we will be on the first page of that list soon. Still hoping to know by Christmas. In addition to the worry I have had brief episodes of complete disbelief-thinking this will be never happen.
From time to time I also think OMG this may really happen. Then what? Will we really get on a plane and travel 1/2 way around the world and return with a (pooping and screaming) bundle of joy? It seems unbelievable.
