some days are harder then others. today is one of those days. OY!
It's not that waiting 12-15 months is awful, its not really. It's that you are told 9 months and then it turns to 12 then to 14 and maybe even 15 or 16 that just completely sucks!!!
Are we ever getting a referral let alone a baby?
Our approaching one year waitiversary is getting to me. Have you noticed? I think it's even getting to Joel.

I think it's okay to be bitter sometimes. Have mercy on yourself - waiting for something you want and have dreamed for is not easy. If you were cheery all the time about the wait then I would worry about you! I'll be thinking of you!
Sor sorry! i remember the last 3 months waiting and the MANY nights I laid in bed and cried myself to sleep. It's harder then anyone can imagine or put into words - we were told 5-7 months and ended up waiting 9 (I know...NOTHING compared to 12+ but I understand the ache of thinking it is this month only to have to put on a cheery smile and tell ALL and EVERYONE who continues to ask about news "NO, we haven't heard anything yet")
